Development Trends in Green and Environmental Protection Technologies for Axial Fans


From both the perspective of advocacy by the Chinese government and the long-term needs of users, developing high-efficiency, energy-saving products as well as low-noise, environmentally friendly models has become an inevitable trend. By employing advanced computational software, the flow field and structural strength of fans can be analyzed more quickly and accurately, enabling precise determination of their aerodynamic performance parameters. Designing and manufacturing high-efficiency axial-flow fans can primarily be achieved through the following approaches. The fan’s structural features include a casing constructed entirely from steel plate components; the motor and the main duct are connected via a fixed sleeve with a sliding fit, secured by pressure plates for easy disassembly during maintenance, resulting in a compact structure that is convenient to service. The fan itself is integrally cast from high-strength alloy aluminum.

The fan impeller is integrally cast from high‑strength alloy aluminum, offering a smooth surface and robust, reliable performance. It also boasts a small footprint, minimizing space requirements.
 
  At present, domestic manufacturers of axial fans for refrigeration and air-conditioning are still in a phase of rapid growth and inevitably encounter various challenges and issues. As China’s market for refrigeration and air-conditioning products becomes increasingly standardized, these manufacturers can no longer rely solely on price competitiveness to survive. Only by breaking free from the vicious cycle of competing through low quality and low prices can they secure a sustainable foothold in both the domestic and international markets.
