Chongqing Zhonggu Blower Co., Ltd. is a nationally designated specialist manufacturer of blowers, engaged in the long-term production and operation of various types of blowers. The company holds a blower manufacturing license issued by the State Ministry of Machinery and Electronics and has obtained ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification. It is a key enterprise within Chongqing’s machinery industry and one of the leading members of the national blower sector. Established in 1978 under the name Chongqing Blower Factory, the company specializes in the design, manufacture, and marketing of high-, medium-, and low-pressure centrifugal fans, high-temperature fans, axial-flow fans, boiler forced-draft, induced-draft, and draft fans, wood-chip conveying fans, corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, and wear-resistant fans, fire‑fighting smoke-exhaust fans, grate cooler fans, heat‑exchange fans, tunnel ventilation fans, and other specialized equipment. The company employs 428 staff members, including 61 engineering and technical personnel—5 senior engineers and 46 mid-level engineers. Its facilities occupy a total area of 27,752 square meters, with 8,760 square meters of building space and 13,800 square meters of factory floor space. The annual industrial output value stands at RMB 95 million.

The company produces blowers in 16 major categories, spanning 46 series and over 360 models and specifications. Its blowers feature sound design, excellent performance, and smooth operation, and are widely used across industries including building materials, power generation, chemical processing, light industry, metallurgy, machinery, forestry, petroleum, cement, mining, power plants, kilns, shipbuilding, hotels, and warehouses. Domestically, the products are marketed in 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, while overseas they are exported to more than ten countries, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Guyana, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria. With high efficiency, many of its products have earned Class‑I energy‑efficiency certification, earning widespread acclaim from users and establishing the company as a trusted brand. The 9‑19 and 9‑26 series centrifugal blowers manufactured by our plant were awarded the Chongqing Municipal Quality Product title in 1985. We are also the manufacturer that introduced the cooling blowers for Fuller’s grate coolers from the United States, and we possess proprietary design and manufacturing technologies for high‑temperature blowers from Britain’s Houghton, fan design and manufacturing software from the U.S. NERC, and specialized wear‑resistant technologies from Germany’s TLT. Our centrifugal and high‑temperature blowers (operating at 350°C to 1,150°C) are of a high standard, capable of replacing imported counterparts, filling a domestic gap in star‑shaped impeller and three‑dimensional flow impeller fans, and were included in Chongqing’s 1985 plan for pilot production of major new products.

Industrial centrifugal fans are simply a general term for fans used in industrial applications. Depending on the user’s specific requirements and operating conditions, they may be referred to by different names. An industrial centrifugal fan operates on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy: a high-speed rotating impeller accelerates the gas, which is then decelerated and redirected, thereby transforming kinetic energy into pressure (potential) energy. In a single-stage centrifugal fan, gas enters the impeller axially, changes to a radial flow as it passes through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. Within the diffuser, the change in flow direction causes deceleration, and this deceleration converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The primary increase in pressure occurs within the impeller, with a secondary contribution from the diffuser. In multi‑stage centrifugal fans, a return channel directs the airflow into the next impeller stage, enabling the generation of higher pressures.
