During the normal operation of the fan, along with the wear and tear, the clearance at the 45 ° position will change accordingly. The clearance at the 45 ° position tends to decrease, while the clearance at the -45 ° position tends to increase. When the normal wear and tear to a certain extent (under good maintenance, generally should be in continuous operation for more than 7 to 8 years), the two impellers will collide, and the first collision site is at 45 °. Therefore, when adjusting the working clearance of the two impellers, the clearance at the 45 ° position should be appropriately increased in advance, generally to 2 times of the -45 ° position (assuming a 45 ° time gap is a, then 2a at 45 °). Another approach is to directly adjust the gap at a 45 ° position to 0.4~0.5mm or less (the gap at -45 ° has a certain influence on the air volume, and the air volume decreases when the gap is large). After adjustment, stagger from the original position and rehinge the positioning pin hole. The clearance between the impeller and the left and right wall panels can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the gasket at the bearing end cover. The gap between the impeller and the casing and the meshing gap between the synchronous gears are not adjustable.
